Never Have I Ever Renewed For Fourth and Final Season

Are you team Bevi or team Daxton?

Never Have I Ever will be returning to our screens for Season 3 this summer. The American coming-of-age comedy-drama TV series which premiered on Netflix on April 27, 2020, was officially renewed by Netflix for the third season in August 2021. Now, ahead of the Season 3 debut, the show has also been renewed for the fourth season; however, that will be the final season of the show.

News of the show ending was revealed in a statement shared by the co-creators Mindy Kaling and Lang Fisher in March 2022:

“We’ve just been renewed for a fourth and final season, which we are absolutely thrilled about. We can’t wait to reveal all the steamy romance and hilarious adventures we have in store for you. Thanks to all our fans for the support especially you #Bevi and #Daxton stans. We love you!”

The new season will continue Devi’s (Maitreyi Ramakrishnan) story where it left off in the second season. The trailer re-introduces fans to many familiar faces with some new characters. In the trailer, Daxton makes their official debut as a couple at school, and everyone is in awe. It seems as though the intermittent noise gets to Devi, and she starts to question the validity of her relationship and feels she and Paxton don’t make sense together.

From the recently trailer, fans are forced to question if Devi’s love life will get more complicated with Des’s arrival? What happens to Devi’s relationship with Paxton if she eventually falls in love with Des? And oh, Des (Anirudh Pisharody) is certainly a good-looking distraction. A young Indian American student, Des is a new character introduced in this season three who happens to be Devi’s mom’s friend’s son.

In Never Have I Ever season three, Ramakrishnan heads the cast as our heroine Devi Vishwakumar. The other cast includes Darren Barnet who plays Paxton Hall-Yoshida and Jaren Lewison who plays Ben Gross. Ramona Young, Lee Rodriguez, Cocoa Brown, Lily D. Moore, Adam Shapiro round up the cast alongside John McEnroe who is the narrator, and of course Pisharody who is playing Des.

Never Have I Ever season three is coming back this August and will be streaming on Netflix.
